Kelly Moore

Fran is currently Vice-president of Interior Designers of Nova Scotia. In 1997, as President of the Interior Designers of Canada, Fran was co-signer with Deputy Minister Ran Quail, on the first national Memorandum of Understanding developed between the Interior Designers of Canada and Public Works Government Services Canada in Ottawa.

Each designer operated independently for more than a decade before joining forces in July 2001.

July 2001, F. Underwood Planning & Design and Kelly Moore Design became a permanent team, marketing the services and strengths of both designers. July 2011 marked the tenth anniversary of their design service team: “Underwood & Moore Interior Designers”.

As partners, Underwood & Moore are committed to the practice of professional interior design. Kelly’s designation as a LEED Accredited Professional demonstrates our commitment to sustainable design and its impact on our future. By sharing our design knowledge and technical expertise, people understand how well-designed interior spaces can positively impact health, safety, welfare and productivity of individuals and groups within their environment.

Both Fran & Kelly believe in giving back to the interior design profession.
