Five years of tremendous growth and the addition of new office spaces in several Atlantic Maritime cities led to the the restructuring and consolidation of all the company’s facilities.

U & M in partnership with Facilities Planning Group provided a complete analysis of each facility by interviewing the management of each business unit, reviewing their organizational charts, current staffing, and relationships with other business units etc.

Block / stacking plans were created showing existing and proposed solutions were presented to management.  Once approvals were obtained the planning to relocate a min. of 800 staff in two fully occupied facilities began.  Working closely with the internal facilities team on all stages of the design, construction of new space, furniture installation, IT and staff relocations the project was completed on time and under budget.
